Powell River Locomotives -came in three types - Climax, Shay, and various Rod engines including switchers

The Climax B-class is identified with its sloped engine on each side. Shays have three vertical engines on one side with an offset boiler to make room for the engines on the starboard side. Rod engines included the Baldwins,

The Gas locie we are refurbishing is a bit like this Merrill Ring Gas Locie from their Squamish operation.

This is 0-4-0; ours is 0-6-0; but the use and general shape is the same.
